Spicy Salmon Tacos
I had the best time recently, chatting with Dr. Caudle and Dr. Ordon on CBS’s, “The Doctors,” about this recipe for quick, easy Spicy Salmon Tacos which includes brain-boosting omega-3s that are important for kids and adults alike!
The recipe (adapted from Lisa Bell’s Fish Tacos in Cooking Light) is ready in under 30 minutes.
Customizable meals like these allow selective eaters a chance to personalize their own plates with toppings like corn and bean salsa, purple cabbage, cilantro, and avocado, increasing the likelihood that they’ll eat what is served.
Adding a side of vegetables like broccoli helps balance out the meal and adds a number of powerful antioxidants as well. Try using the Lime Cream as a taco topping and/or vegetable dip!
If you enjoy this recipe, I would be so grateful if you would rate it and leave a comment! The star ratings help my recipes reach more people. Thank you.
