Upgraded Easy Blender Pancakes

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, peeled
- 2 cups whole oats
- 6 scoops Else Plant-Powered Complete Nutrition Shake for Kids in Creamy Vanilla
- 1 ½ cups water
- 2 eggs (or for egg-free kiddos, substitute 2 tbsp chia seeds + 5 tablespoons water and let sit for 5 minutes)
- 2 teaspoons butter of avocado oil (for cooking)
- Maple syrup (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except butter or oil into the pitcher of a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter (or heat the oil of your choice).
- Reduce heat to low once butter is melted and spoon batter into the skillet so that it spreads into 3-inch wide pancakes. Cook for about 2 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Add more butter or oil between batches as needed.
- Serve hot, garnished with optional maple syrup.
Notes
