Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- ½ cucumber, with skin, roughly chopped
- 2 celery stalks
- 2 large kale leaves (stems removed)
- 2-3 fresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender* and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately!
