Mango Ice Pop on a Stick

These nutrient-rich, mango-flavored ice pops offer lots of calcium and antioxidants and are made with fruit, yogurt, milk, chia seeds for added fiber, protein, minerals, and healthy fats, plus small amounts of vanilla, lemon juice, and sugar.

I found the Easter-themed silicone ice pop molds* on Amazon, and they super-easy to use and clean.

Ingredients

  • ½ plain, whole Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup plain, whole milk
  • 1 cup cubed mango
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour contents into ice pop molds and freeze for at least 3 hours.
  3. Serve cold.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer and enjoy within 3 months.
