Refreshing, tasty, nicely balanced, and with no added sugar, this smoothie hits the spot.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 cup sesame milk
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves (or a small handful)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1/4 cup baby spinach (or a small handful)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Sprinkle of white sesame seeds (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients except for sesame seeds into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
