Refreshing, tasty, nicely balanced, and with no added sugar, this smoothie hits the spot.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 cup sesame milk
- 1/4 cup basil leaves (or a small handful)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1/4 cup baby spinach (or a small handful)
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup blueberries
- Sprinkle of white sesame seeds (garnish)
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for sesame seeds into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
