Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup pureed mango
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Sprinkle of unsweetened, shredded coconut and/or ground hazelnuts (optional; garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine chia seeds with pureed mango and coconut milk and stir well.
  2. Refrigerate for approximately 20 minutes.
  3. Garnish with optional toppings and serve cold.
  4. Keeps for up to 3 days in the refrigerator.
