Better Back-to-School Routines with Blueberries!
This post was written in partnership with the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council. All opinions are my own.
Is your family getting back into the swing of back-to-school lunches, homework, and after-school activities? Are blueberries at the top of your grocery list? I hope so!
As students return to the classroom, one of the biggest considerations we have as parents is how to best nourish our children so that they have enough energy and focus to play, learn, and enjoy their busy days.
As a pediatric dietitian, I’m a huge fan of adding a nutritious and delicious ingredient into the routine wherever possible – blueberries!
Why Blueberries are an Ideal Food for Kids
Blueberries are not only incredibly tasty, they are also portable, perfect for school lunches, and packed with nutrients that can complement your child’s back-to-school journey.

In the post, you’ll discover creative ways to include blueberries in your family’s meals, from breakfast to snacks to even lunchboxes, as well as tasty and kid-friendly blueberry recipes that will make back-to-school meals a breeze, like this Blueberry Avocado Toast.
