21 Days to a Healthier You Program

Malina is joining forces with Americon Idol finalist and wellness coach, Kimberley Locke to offer you a 21-day, interactive, virtual course and support system conducted via closed Facegroup Group from November 1st – 21st!

During this course, health coach, Kimberley Locke and registered dietitian nutritionist, Malina Malkani, MS, RDN, CDN will provide you with an engaging, supportive way to make the small changes over time that add up to a healthier lifestyle and a healthier YOU… You go at your own pace, when it fits in your schedule, as often as or as little as you choose.
