  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. In a high speed blender, add all ingredients, reserving 1-2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into a shallow, 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned.
  5. Serve with multigrain pita or tortilla chips, carrot and celery sticks or any other dipping favorite!
