PB Dark Chocolate Kiss Cookies
Quick, delectable, simple and slightly healthier than the standard version thanks to spelt flour and dark chocolate, these beauties deliver maximum flavor and just the right texture. Delish!

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the first five ingredients until smooth.
  3. Add in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt and mix until thoroughly blended into a dough.
  4. Roll into approximately 48 small balls and evenly space onto a greased cookie pan.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from oven and immediately place a Hershey's Kiss in the center of each cookie, lightly pressing down.
  6. Cool thoroughly before storing, as chocolate will have melted and needs to reset.
