  1. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix until well combined. Divide dough into 16 equal pieces and roll each into a ball. (It helps to squeeze the dough for each ball tightly together so that it holds its shape.) Flatten each ball into a cookie shape and serve. Keep extra in the refrigerator for up to a week.
