So…… Let’s   talk   Veggies   and   Kids.

Do your kids eat veggies as snacks or more at meals? Or not too much at all?⠀

Veggies can be a tough sell… ⠀

Here are 4 tips to get your littles to eat more of them:⠀

  • Try a new shape! Like carrot “ribbons” instead of sticks.⠀
  • Serve with a dip! Kids love ‘em – gives them a sense of ownership and control. Try hummus, tzatziki, guac, ranch dressing, goddess dip… heck, even ketchup if it does the trick. ⠀
  • Make a silly food face! Sometimes a little fun is all is takes. ⠀
  • Repeat, repeat, repeat! Don’t give up if you get a blech face. Every exposure is valuable and could be the one that does the trick! ⠀
