Picky eating strategies at work!
Here is a way to strengthen the division of responsibility between you and your kids when it comes to feeding.⠀
- Assure them they don’t have to eat or even try one bite.⠀
- BUT! Require them to come join you at the table for meals even when they say they are not hungry.⠀
- Offer choice within the structure of a balanced menu that YOU decide on.⠀
- Allow your kiddo to decide whether and how much to eat. Sometimes the results are surprising – like this time!⠀
