Got   a   kiddo   who   doesn’t   like   fruit?⠀

Here are 3 tips that can help!⠀

  1. Repeat repeat repeat!
Don’t forget it takes an average of 8-15 exposures before a kiddo will accept a new food. Even if they don’t eat it, there is value in exposing them to it – who knows, maybe on the 14th try they’ll suddenly fall in love with blueberries! ⠀
    • Try toothpicks!
I call these little guys food friends. Not sure why tiny utensils and toothpicks are so effective with kids but they just are. One of my daughters is obsessed with using a tiny sugar-spoon I have that has a little bird on the handle. I swear she’ll eat anything as long as she gets to use that spoon.
    • Offer fruit with a fruit dip!
Dips and kids are magical too. Gives them a sense of ownership and control over their food since they can choose whether and how much dip to use.⠀

This is my super quick & easy, go-to fruit dip:⠀

      • Whisk together 1 cup plain, full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey and the zest of 1/3 of a lemon⠀
