Hi all! Last month I was thrilled to join registered dietitian nutritionist, Samantha Heller on her popular SiriusXM’s DOCTOR Radio show, Health & Nutrition to discuss the pros and cons of feeding children a vegetarian diet. We talked a lot about the importance of balance when going plant-based and which key nutrients to consider when eliminating animal products from the diet. We also took nutrition-related questions from callers that ranged from vitamin D and omega-3 fatty acid supplementation to which type of milk is the healthiest choice to whether a ketogenic diet is a wise choice for weight loss.

This week, I’m excited to report that I’ll be appearing again on the show for a special, 2-hour pre-taped episode that will air September 1 and be available on Sirius XM for subscribers for 5 weeks. The show is being billed a “nutritionpalooza” and the studio will be filled with nutrition experts ready to discuss all things nutrition, fitness, diet and health.
